How do I return my order?
To return an item please complete the returns form that came with your order and enclose it in your parcel. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund, and place a new order. For more details see our returns policy.
Then register your return through our online returns portal, where you can create your returns label (see ‘How do I return with ZigZag?’ for more information). Alternatively, you are welcome to post your parcel to the address below:

If you live in one of the countries listed below, you can track your returns through our partner, Zigzag, where we've made returning your items even easier and cheaper.
How do I return through Zigzag?
- Enter your order number, and postcode or email.
- Select the item/s you’re returning, as well as the reason.
- Select your return method and drop off location (a printer may be required).
- Complete payment - in your local currency.
- You will receive an email with your label attached, along with instructions.
- Ensure that you remove any old address labels and barcodes and include your returns form in your returns.
Please allow up to 14 days for your returned parcel to reach us. We’ll send you an email once your refund has been processed.

Our returns policy is for orders made directly through Boden. If you return an item in its original condition within 90-days of receipt, or 14-days for sale items, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item. Your refund will be adjusted if any offer or discount was applied to your order.
The following are non-refundable:
· Swimwear, if the hygiene strips have been removed.
· Earrings, if the internal packaging seal has been broken.
If you are sending your order back to us, please fill in and enclose the form attached to your delivery note. You can (if you like) let us know that you are going to send back the item by filling in and sending us the form found here, but it is not necessary to do so.

After our standard 90-day return period, or 14 days for sale items, you can return anything that does not meet our quality expectations up until one year after your order arrived for account credit. With faulty items, you’ll have the options below:
· Within 6 months – we'll refund your item and you're welcome to place a new order (subject to availability).
· From 6-12 months – we’ll credit your Boden account for the amount paid. Account credit can be used on any future order, including sale items.
If you originally purchased with a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly.

If you are in the European Union and you cancel your whole order within 14 days of receiving your goods, we’ll refund the cost of standard shipping as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for a faster delivery service, we’ll only refund the cost of standard delivery (if applicable).

We don’t offer exchanges, but there’s no need to worry. Simply return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order online, where you can see up-to-date stock and delivery information. To find more details about returning items, take a look at ‘How do I return my order?’ and our returns policy.

Returned parcels can take up to 14 days to reach us from the date they’re sent back. If you used our returns portal to create a return label, keep an eye out for your return notification emails to stay in the loop.
We’ll pop you an email when your return is completed. Any refund will appear in your account within 5 working days from the date it was processed.
If you don’t hear from us within 14 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number and the details about which items you returned. Our friendly advisors will then see what they can do for you.

How do I track my return?

If you’ve returned your parcel via our Returns Hub, you can track your return by clicking on the link in your email. Don’t forget to check your junk folder if you’ve not received any and add us to your safe sender list. Alternatively, enter your order number and postcode or email address here.
It may take a day or two from posting your parcel for the first update to show. No need to worry though, as we’ll pop you an email when your return has been processed.
Returns can take up to 14 days to be completed, and we’ll send an email as soon as we’ve processed your item(s).

Don’t despair! You can print a copy of your order from your online account. Alternatively, a note with the following information will do:
1. Your name, address, and phone number.
2. Your order number.
3. Item code(s) and reason for the return(s).

If you have received a gift from Boden that’s not your cup of tea, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to look into this further. Just so you know, we will need to keep the ‘gift giver’ informed.

Offers are applied to each item, so any discount received will still apply to the items you keep. Any items returned will be refunded at what you paid for the item (after discount), as per our returns policy. Take a look at your offer terms & conditions for more information.
